Service Description
Strength and conditioning for runners, cyclists and triathletes to - build strength, power and performance - reduce injuries - strengthen muscle and bone to combat the impacts of aging Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please note you must be a member (or trial member) of Haxby Runners, York Rouleurs or York Tri Club to take part. Any questions, give me a shout at Lucy@feelfitwithlucy.co.uk - There is car and bike parking and lockers available - We're in studio 2 which is along the corridor and to the left. It's just past a members-only gate, I'll leave the studio door open, give me a wave to let you in rather than bothering the Centre staff. - Feel Fit Members get discounted sessions, check the Members website/ give me a shout for the discount code to use when booking Booking policy: - You can book up to 8 days in advance - Booking closes when the session starts - I cant do refunds but if you let me know on the Monday before the session I can move you to the following week's session. Please ensure you give 24 hours notice.

You can book up to 8 days in advance. Booking closes 2 hours before the session starts. I'm afraid there are no refunds (it's my website's policy, not mine!) If you are on the waitlist you have 30 minutes to accept your slot.
