Spin for cycling at Burnholme
Service Description
(For York Rouleurs women only) Spin sessions for cyclists to build fitness over the winter. We'll work on bike fitness, skills such as pedal stroke and cadence, and even descending (!) whilst having a good time and enjoying training in the warm! All fitness levels welcome, definitely no one dropped on this ride! If you'd like to suggest any music to add to the sessions drop me an email. Note - booking closes 4 hours before the session starts. Kit: ~ It can get sweaty so dont forget a towel and drink ~ Trainers or SPD (MTB) cleats (We can use the showers afterwards if you want) Any queries, please contact Lucy@feelfitwithlucy.co.uk
