Spin for cycling at Burnholme (for York Rouleurs members only)
Service Description
Spin sessions for cyclists to build fitness over the winter. We'll work on bike fitness and skills such as pedal stroke and cadence, whilst having a good time and enjoying training in the warm! All fitness levels welcome, definitely no one dropped on this ride! Kit: ~ It can get sweaty so dont forget a towel and drink ~ Trainers or SPD (MTB) cleats ~ Shower stuff if planning to shower after the session. If you are attending S&C afterwards dont forget some clean clothes! If you'd like to suggest any music to add to the sessions drop me an email. Any queries, please contact Lucy@feelfitwithlucy.co.uk - Session is 55 minutes: 6.45-7.40pm on Tuesday evenings (I cant change it in the booking calendar to display less than an hour, sorry!) - There is car and bike parking available - We can use the showers Booking policy: - You can book up to 8 days in advance - Booking closes when the session starts - I'm afraid there are no refunds (it's my website's policy, not mine!) - If you are on the waitlist you have 30 minutes to book your slot.
