Protein Week Challenge, October 2026

Join me for a week of going deeper into my 10 Steps to Line Up Ready whilst mastering your protein intake

Support through the week

As well as the live sessions below, join the WhatsApp group for support, community and more on what’s coming up next.
Choose between the main chat where you can get answers to your questions and issues from me, as well as share in the discussions with others on the challenge.
Or stick to the announcements where I’ll post reminders about upcoming sessions, any extras, plus a round up of the most common issues.
Link to the WhatsApp group will be available when we launch on Friday 9th October.

Recordings available, but not for long

All the talks (but not Q&As) will be available on this page soon after the session.

However, I'm deliberately only leaving it up for a few days. We all know what happens otherwise - it gets filed away for "when I have time," and that moment never quite comes. Keeping it short will help you actually get it done, rather than adding one more thing to the to-do list.

Members will be able to access the recordings in the TriActivate website after the week.

To join the talks

No need to register.

You can join all the sessions below (except the Menopause talk on Monday 19th October) on this link or by clicking the button below:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88501894089?pwd=tgeTb8ERWjXJTUo7lU48cuHHBicWsU.1

Friday 9th October– midday

A free mini Masterclass on:
1) My 10 Steps to Line up Ready for races next year and how protein fits into that.
2) Kicking off the Protein Week Challenge - how much protein you need and how to increase it
3) How to build the habits to make it easy.

The recording will be available to watch again here after the event.

Saturday 10th October – 9am

Breakfast protein check in (recording available afterwards)
We’re getting practical today. Join me in the kitchen where we’ll be working out how much protein you’re getting in your breakfast, as well as some top tips to increase it.

This only takes a few minutes but it’s the step that I find people always put off ‘until they’ve got time’. Make 10 minutes to join me in crossing it off the to-do list once and for all.

Sunday 11th October - 5pm

Afternoon check in
Answering your questions and issues so far.

Monday 12th  October – midday

Training as a woman, plus lunch time protein check in (recording available afterwards)
Going deeper into one of my 10 Steps to Line Up Ready: Training as a Woman. What traditional sports science often leaves out and how to get the most from our training as women.
And we’ve got another kitchen check in. If you haven’t managed to check in on your current protein intake yet, make sure you grab this opportunity.

Wednesday 14th October – midday

Nutrition for life (recording available afterwards), plus check in
Another chance to go in deeper on of my 10 Steps to Line Up Ready. Today what else to eat alongside the protein we’re focussing on this week to build solid foundations for training and life.
Plus answering your questions and issues so far.

Thursday 15th October – 7pm

Final check in
Final chance for questions and issues on getting in your protein, before we wrap up the week.

Friday 16th  October – midday

Closing the challenge and mini Masterclass
Closing the challenge – sharing stories of how you got on and the all-important prize draw!
And another mini Masterclass to finish off my 10 Steps to Line Up Ready with the final 5 steps.

Monday 18th October 2026

Not part of Protein Week, but October is also Menopause Month so I’m doing my annual talk on How to get the most from your training around Menopause which you’d be very welcome to join me at.
