Find out more about the impacts of (peri)menopause and how we can best support ourselves through it to continue to get the most out of our training and life

We will be covering:
- symptoms and impacts
- minimising negative impacts thorugh training, lifestyle and nutrition, stress management and mindset and more
- seeking positive impacts
