  • Group calls - got a question about your training? Nutrition? How to prepare for a race? How to build motivation? Bring your questions to the monthly group coaching calls (or submit in advance if you can’t join live).

  • Coaching sessions - need more support? Struggling to turn your knowledge into action? Coaching sessions allow us to really drill down into the issue and find the best way forward.

  • Someone who believes in you, and can support you to turn that far off goal into reality and help you believe in it too. 

  • New masterclass or training course on subjects such as:

    • How to build or adapt your own training plan

    • Nutrition – what to eat to nourish your body so you feel better from the inside

    • How to get the most from your training as a woman

FAQs

What time are the live sessions? What if I cant make it to the live sessions? Sessions will be on different days and times each week to try and maximise the number of people that can join. I try to pick the best times for current members but they are most likely to be weekdays pre work (before 9am UK time), lunch (midday or 1pm) or after 6pm (Sessions are very rarely at the weekend.) Times for the following month will be made available at the beginning of each month so you can book out time in your diary. Most calls will be recorded and saved to the Membership site and so you can always catch up afterwards! If you apply for a coaching call you will be able to choose from a range of times so we can find a time that works for you.

Can I ask as many questions as I want? Or get coached as often as I want? So long as we can finish on time, there’s no limit to the number of questions you can ask. You can apply to be coached as often as you want, but only a certain number of applicants will be selected each month. If either the Q&As or coaching slots are regularly over-subscribed then I will add more sessions.

I’d love to get coached but I’m just not comfortable talking about this stuff in front of others, do you offer private coaching? Yes I do 1:1 triathlon coaching and life coaching. Of course it’s natural to worry about being watched by others during the coaching call. But over time I hope you will learn to trust your fellow members and see the support and strength you can get from each other. And you will see how sharing your session can help others - often it’s easier to learn by hearing someone else being coached on a common issue. Plus it can really help to realise we all have the same thoughts and worries.

I’m an existing member of Club Feel Fit (weekly S&C sessions for runners and triathletes), can I sign up? Yes, this will be a great deal for you as Club Feel Fit on Demand is included in the membership, so you wont be paying much more each month but will get tonnes more support. Just sign up to the Membership as usual and let me know you want to cancel your existing CFF membership so that you’re not paying double. If you want to do Club Feel Fit Full (the on demand sessions plus live sessions each week via Zoom) then you’ll get a code when you join the membership allowing you to subscribe to CFF Full for £10 (not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount).

  • I am the UK’s first and only mental health and exercise triathlon coach and am just as passionate about the importance of mental health and working with our minds as I am about triathlon. I am also a qualified Life Coach and PT.
