What is it like working with me?
FAQs
What time are the live sessions? What if I cant make it to the live sessions? ------------------- Sessions will be on different days and times each week to try and maximise the number of people that can join. I try to pick the best times for current members (usually weekdays at lunch time or after 6pm).
Does the Membership include a race training plan? ------------------- The Membership is the coaching support to go alongside a training plan. I give you guidance on how to write your own plan in the Membership. Or Members get a discount on my Standalone (not personalised) training plans, or you may already have your own plan. I'm adding some off season plans in the Membership (e.g. swim technique, getting the most out of an indoor (turbo) trainer) but they're not race plans.
What if I dont like it, can I cancel? ------------------------ I hope you'll love it! But yes of course, you can cancel at any point (you will still have access until the end of the month you've paid for)
I’m an existing member of Club Feel Fit (weekly S&C sessions for runners and triathletes), can I sign up? --------------------------------------- Yes, this will be a great deal for you - Club Feel Fit on Demand is included in the membership, so you wont be paying much more each month but will get tonnes more support. Just sign up to the Membership as usual and let me know you want to cancel your existing CFF membership so that you’re not paying double. If you want to do Club Feel Fit Full (the on demand sessions plus live sessions each week via Zoom) then you’ll get a code when you join the membership allowing you to subscribe to CFF Full for £10 (not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount).
