So much of what we’re taught in sport is based on male physiology. But female bodies don’t operate on the same blueprint. Our hormones fluctuate, our recovery shifts across the month and throughout our lives, we have different relative strengths and vulnerabilities, different nutrition needs – and more.


You’ll leave knowing you’re not alone, and with practical, evidence-based tips on how to work with your body so your training actually works for you.
