Ever feel like you have great intentions, whether it’s to get fit, clean up your diet, spend more time on yourself, stay on top of personal finances or DIY, or something else, but those intentions keep getting derailed?
You start the day with great plans to go to the gym or eat the healthy lunch, but then that little voice in your head starts telling you that you don’t have time, that just a little treat today wont matter, that you can start again tomorrow instead?
Or maybe the voice says that you already failed yesterday, so you may as well wait til next week to try again, or even give up now?

• Overview of how our mind works and why it’s not ‘your fault’ that it so often feels like it’s working against us and what we want to achieve
• Simple steps for addressing negative thoughts that derail action
• Building a positive mindset that supports you towards your goals
• An action plan for smashing those goals!
