Why you should attend
I’m running a Menopause Week from Tues 8 – Friday 11th October where we'll look at how to get the most from your training, health and wellbeing around menopause.Â
There will be a triathlon themed competition running through the week to win coaching prizes  (Non triathletes very welcome as well! No exercise necessary!)Â
If you are pre, peri or post menopausal join me for sessions packed full of tips and advice on how to get the most out of your training.
