Most of the advice we’re given on how to train is based on men – for years most medical, sports and nutrition research was done on men.
But we are not men. We have a different anatomy and hormones, which bring menstrual cycles, menopause, different kit requirements and much more.
So we need training and nutrition guidance based on women.
BTF Triathlon coach Lucy Hurn will go through some simple changes and things to consider to get the most from your training as a woman.
