Most traditional sports advice is based on men. But we're not just small men!

Learn how to maximise your training based on your physiology as a woman, as well as build your long term health, including  

  • working with your menstrual cycle to get the most out of your training
  • peri to post menopause
  • strength and conditioning
  • kit considerations 
  • nutrition 

Who's it for:  Any woman who likes to run, cycle, swim (or even put it all together) at any level.

I'm a triathon coach, PT, Mental Health and Exercise Coach and Life Coach. I work with women to build a healthier and stronger body and mind and a training plan that adds value rather than competes with the rest of the life, so as well as building performance, they get to the finish line, or achieve their goals, happy and healthy.
