I’ve always resisted turbo training because my love for riding comes from being outdoors.
However, the prospect of months in lockdown motivated me to borrow a turbo and I’m so happy I signed up to Lucy’s plan. After just 2 weeks I’ve learnt so much.
I’m naturally more of a hill climber so I’m using Lucy’s plan to improve my ability to ride fast and consistently on the flat, and to activate the glute muscles I currently neglect to use. I can already see the difference.
If only I’d known how to train like this for my Ironman!

I’m new to cycling having got my first road bike a few weeks before lockdown. Like many, I panic bought a turbo whilst the rest of the UK was stockpiling loo roll.

Lucy's videos on training and technique are a very informative and welcome distraction. When accompanied by strength and conditioning (included!), the plan provides a solid foundation to build and maintain cycle fitness.
I am already starting to see progress but, more importantly, I’m now really enjoying my turbo sessions!

Lucy's Turbo plan has been brilliant for getting me set up on my turbo and helping me develop good technique and skills for ongoing training.
It's all brand new to me and I wasn't really sure where to start, the clear and informative accompanying videos have been so useful for guiding me through.
The sessions are easy to fit into a weekly routine and along with the strength & conditioning, I'm finding it super helpful for maintaining my fitness and getting the most out of my turbo.
I'm usually in the gym a few times a week plus a bit of spin, but my cycling used to be more about getting around town and an occasional cycle trip.
But Lucy's coaching has inspired me to get out on the open road on my bike again when that's possible again...
