Skills sessions, June

Bike skills

90 min session in Richmond Park on Sat 19 June. Sessions will include group riding skills, cornering, descending, hill climbing etc. Plus opportunity to put skills to use with uncoached laps of the park after. 

To take part you'll need a roadworthy bike and basic riding skills (this is not learning to cycle, but developing skills on the road). Sessions will start on the inner roads within the park, and depending on the group competence, will move onto outer roads. 

If the main session is booked, sign up for the wait list (same date, time tbc), and I'll contact you if there's enough demand to run a second session. 

Transition skills

60 min session close to Woking train station working on skills to save time and stress in transition during a triathlon.
