I have two different options, a Light Touch plan, and a Full Support plan:

LIGHT TOUCH

£50* per month

Bespoke plan with set weekly structure, updated every 2 months


1:1 coaching calls every 2 months

Monthly group coaching calls and members-only online resources

The perfect plan for you if

  • you want more than just an off the shelf training plan

  • you want bespoke training sessions that work for you and your availability, and some 1:1 coaching support, but without the expense and time commitment of a more tailored plan




* Paid as £100 every 2 months, or £55 per month if paid monthly.

FULL SUPPORT

£160 per month

Bespoke plan based on availability week by week, updated monthly

Monthly 1:1 coaching call

Weekly review of training sessions and weekly email

Race prep including pacing, nutrition, sports psychology

The perfect plan for you if

  • you need a flexible plan with regular updates that works with you and your body because your plans change regularly, you don’t always stick to a training plan, or you frequently get injured or ill

  • you want regular and tailored coaching support

  • you want the accountability and assurance of your training being monitored

THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BITS

LIGHT TOUCH

Requirements

  • Set up Direct Debit 

  • Book training calls using simple online booking system

  • Uploading sessions to Training Peaks allows greater coaching support, but not essential.

  • Power meter or smart turbo will allow more specific training but not essential

  • Training watch advised but not essential 

Payment  

  • By Direct Debit 

  • Payment as £100 every 2 months, or £55 per month

  • Set up: Deposit of 1 month refundable against 6th month of training 

  • Must be paid in advance of the forthcoming month’s plan

  • Invoices issued in full each month​


Plan length 

  • Plan starts on the 1st of month

  • No minimum but deposit only refundable against 6th month of training plan​

​Cancellation

  • By 15th of the month, prior to next Training Plan update

  • No refunds once the training plan has been written

FULL SUPPORT

Requirements

  • GPS training watch (e.g. Garmin, Polar etc), upload sessions to Training Peaks by end of each week

  • Power meter or smart turbo (for tri plans)

  • Willingness to follow a structured training plan based on power/ pace

  • Feedback - the more you feedback on the plan, the more I can help you

  • Book training calls using simple online booking system

Payment  

  • By direct debit or invoice

  • Must be paid in advance of the forthcoming month’s plan


Plan length and pauses

  • Plan starts on athlete’s preferred date (subject to availability)

  • 3 month minimum

  • Invoice reduction possible if no plan or support needed for over seven days, up to a max of 50%, providing notify by 15th of previous month


Cancellation

  • By 15th of the month, for the following month

  • No refunds once the training plan has been written
