  • you want bespoke training sessions that work for you and your availability, and some 1:1 coaching support, but without the expense and time commitment of a more tailored plan

PLAN DETAILS

BESPOKE TRAINING PLAN VIA TRAINING PEAKS (ONLINE PLATFORM)

  • Structured training sessions based on personalised, athlete-specific pace or power

  • Based on standard week (you set availability, structure remains same each week), current training and goals

  • Option to sync training plan with training watch

PLAN UPDATES

  • Updated every two months, following coaching call

  • No updates to existing plan once published (can make your own changes, using a premium Training Peaks account)

COACHING SUPPORT CALLS

  • 1:1 coaching call every 2 months

  • Plus monthly group coaching calls to raise and discuss training issues

  • Opportunity to book additional coaching calls as needed

INITIAL CONSULTATION

  • As part of your first coaching call

  • Includes topline review of existing training data (dependent on quality of existing data when imported to Training Peaks) to ensure starting training load is appropriate

RACE PREPARATION

  • Race preparation training sessions and opportunity to discuss on coaching calls

DRILLS AND TECHNIQUE

  • Drills and technique focus  notes to get more from training sessions

REGULAR TESTING

  • Once in each discipline, per 2 month cycle, to check progress and ensure training zones are correctly set

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING  

  • S&C plan included, coached online S&C sessions also available

ONLINE RESOURCES

  • Access to members-only online support resources

 

THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BITS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Book training calls using simple online booking system

  • Uploading sessions to Training Peaks allows greater coaching support, but not essential.

  • Power meter or smart turbo will allow more specific training but not essential

PAYMENT  

  • Payment by Direct Debit

  • Payment as £100 every 2 months, or £55 per month if paid monthly

  • Must be paid in advance of the forthcoming month’s plan

  • Invoices issued in full each month

PLAN LENGTH

  • Plan starts on the 1st of month

  • No minimum but deposit only refundable against 6th month of training plan

CANCELLATION

  • By 15th of the month, for the following month

  • No refunds once the training plan has been written

SET-UP FEE

  • Deposit of 1 month refundable against 6th month of training plan

  • First 2 months paid in advance of first plan update
