BESPOKE TRAINING PLAN VIA TRAINING PEAKS (ONLINE PLATFORM)

  • Structured training sessions based on personalised, athlete-specific pace or power

  • Based on standard week (you set availability, structure remains same each week), current training and goals

  • Option to upload your training data to the training plan 

PLAN UPDATES

  • Updated every two months, following coaching call

  • No updates to existing plan once published

COACHING SUPPORT CALLS

  • 1:1 coaching call every 2 months

  • Plus monthly group coaching calls via Zoom

  • Opportunity to book additional coaching calls as needed

DRILLS, TECHNIQUE AND RACE PREPARATION

  • General drills, technique and race preparation training sessions (non client specific), plus opportunity to discuss on coaching calls

REGULAR TESTING

  • To check progress and to set personalised training zones 

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING  

  • Standard body weight S&C plan included, discounted membership of Club Feel Fit 

ONLINE RESOURCES

  • Access to members-only online support resources

NOTE RE IRONMAN, MARATHONS ETC

  • Given the demanding nature of a marathon or Ironman or similar type of race, the last few months of the plan often require more support and updates to the plan to it works best for you.

  • Therefore whilst it's fine to get started on the Light Support plan I highly recommend moving onto the Full Support plan for the most intensive months of the training plan and using the Light Support plan for the final months is only by mutual agreement. 

 

THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BITS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Client to book coaching calls using simple online booking system

  • Set up Direct Debit once receive first invoice 

PAYMENT  

  • Payment by Direct Debit

  • Payment as £100 every 2 months, or £55 per month if paid monthly

  • Must be paid in advance of the forthcoming plan update 

  • Invoices are per calendar month and are issued in full each month 

PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE: 

  • Client specific drills, technique, S&C or race prep (but does include general support on all) 

  • Turbo or run technique plan (these can be added) 

  • Club Feel Fit membership 

  • Updates to plan once written 

  • Review of training 

  • Invoice reductions if training is not taking place

  • Ironman, marathon or similar race builds (base training can be completed on the Light Touch plan but I would highly recommend moving to the Full Support plan for at least the 3 months prior to the race, but we can discuss this in more detail)

PLAN LENGTH AND SET UP 

  • Deposit of 1 month refundable against 6th month of training plan

  • No minimum plan length but deposit only refundable against 6th month of training plan

CANCELLATION

  • By 15th of the month, for the following month

  • No refunds once the training plan has been written
