PLAN OVERVIEW

£160 PER MONTH

The perfect plan for you if

  • you need a flexible plan with regular updates that works with you and your body because your plans change regularly, you don’t always stick to a training plan, or you frequently get injured or ill

  • you want regular and tailored coaching support because you’ve got a big race or new goals to smash, or you’re busy enough with training and life

  • you want the accountability and assurance of your coach monitoring your training and feeding back

 

PLAN DETAILS

BESPOKE TRAINING PLAN VIA TRAINING PEAKS (ONLINE PLATFORM)

  • Structured training sessions based on personalised, athlete-specific pace or power

  • Based on your availability each week, current fitness and training, and goals

  • Training plan syncs with your training watch (download training plan, upload sessions)

PLAN UPDATES

  • Updated monthly

  • Plus up to one set of changes, once published, per month

COACHING SUPPORT 

  • Monthly (up to 60 mins call) 1:1 coaching call

  • Free 30 min consultation before signing up to discuss whether the plan is right for you

  • Weekly review and feedback on sessions

  • Weekly 1:1 email support

  • Opportunity to book additional coaching calls as needed

TRAINING DATA ANALYSIS

  • Detailed review of your training data to date before starting the plan to ensure starting load is appropriate 

  • Quarterly (approx.) Training Peaks training data insights

RACE PREPARATION

  • Ongoing guidance and regular discussion on pacing, nutrition and mindset, race preparation training sessions, Best Bike Split bike pacing plan, turbo sessions replicating bike course

DRILLS AND TECHNIQUE

  • Personalised drills and technique 

REGULAR TESTING

  • Every 6 weeks approx but dependent on client

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING  

  • S&C plan included, coached online S&C sessions also available

ONLINE RESOURCES

  • Access to members-only online support resources

 

THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BITS

REQUIREMENTS

  • GPS training watch (e.g. Garmin, Polar etc), upload sessions to Training Peaks by end of each week

  • Power meter or smart turbo (for tri plans)

  • Willingness to follow a structured training plan based on power/ pace

  • Feedback - the more you feedback on the plan, the more I can help you

  • Book training calls using simple online booking system

PAYMENT  

  • £160 per month

  • By direct debit or invoice

  • Must be paid in advance of the forthcoming month’s plan

PLAN LENGTH

  • Plan starts on athlete’s preferred date (subject to caching slot being available), monthly invoice pro-rata

  • 3 month minimum (but suggested 6 months for most goals)

  • Invoice reduction possible if no plan or support needed for over seven days, applied on a weekly basis (25% reduction for seven consecutive days, up to a max of 50%), providing notify before 15th of previous month

CANCELLATION

  • By 15th of the month, for the following month

  • No refunds once the training plan has been written

SET-UP FEE

  • Usually no fee but up to £50 (if existing training data needs a lot of editing)
