TRAINING DATA ANALYSIS

Review of your training data (if available) to date before starting the plan to ensure starting load is appropriate

RACE PREPARATION

Ongoing guidance and regular discussion on pacing, nutrition and mindset, race preparation training sessions, Best Bike Split bike pacing plan for key races, turbo sessions replicating bike course

REQUIREMENTS
GPS training watch (e.g. Garmin, Polar etc), upload sessions to Training Peaks by end of each week
Power meter or smart turbo (for tri plans)
Willingness to follow a structured training plan based on power/ pace
Feedback - the more you feedback on the plan, the more I can help you
Book training calls using simple online booking system
PAYMENT
£160 per month
By direct debit or invoice
Must be paid in advance of the forthcoming month’s plan
PLAN LENGTH
-
Plan starts on athlete’s preferred date (subject to coaching slot being available), monthly invoice pro-rataed

3 month minimum (but suggested 6 months for most goals)

Invoice reduction possible if no plan or support needed for over seven days, applied on a weekly basis (25% reduction for seven consecutive days, up to a max of 50%), providing notify before 15th of previous month
CANCELLATION
By 15th of the month, for the following month
No refunds once the training plan has been written
SET-UP FEE
Usually no fee but up to £50 (if existing training data needs a lot of editing)
