Class and Personal Training Conditions of Booking

The boring but essential bit:

When performing any fitness exercises you are performing them at your own risk. Lucy Hurn/ Feel Fit with Lucy will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of this class or information shared.

Your health is your responsibility. I am dedicated to providing a safe training session.

It is your responsibility to:

  • ensure you work within your limits

  • create a safe training space (minimising the risk of slipping or falling or things falling on you)

  • do not exercise if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or think you might be at risk

  • only do exercises that you are able to do safely/ are not contra-indicated for any health conditions you have

  • set up the phone/ laptop that you're using for the session somewhere with a good view

​Aim for quality, not quantity on the exercises:

  • if you’re starting to fatigue then take a short break rather than pushing on and risking injury

  • only do exercises you feel confident to do well

  • if you have any concerns, please check with your doctor/ a medical professional first

For coached sessions:

  • Let me know any relevant health concerns prior to starting the class (you can email me at in advance so you know need to discuss in front of the class)

  • Dont leave the class early without letting me know, otherwise I may call an ambulance for you!
