Club Feel Fit - An online strength and conditioning training club for runners and triathletes
Want to get stronger, faster and avoid injuries? Then strength and conditioning is key!
Through my online classes, developed specifically for runners and triathletes, you’ll learn the key exercises and develop your technique, all from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
You don’t need any kit to get started (although there’s some things that you’ll find useful, see list below).
Stability and Mobility – 30 min session focused on restoring mobility (movement around key joints for running and healthy living) and stability (developing the key muscles runners and triathletes often struggle to engage. Ever been told your glutes don’t activate, or suffered from runners knee or ITB syndrome? This is the session for you!)
Strength and Conditioning – 60 min session, including both stability and mobility, plus full body strength including exercises such as squats and lunges. Weights optional.
I have 2 membership levels for Club Feel Fit:
Club Feel Fit Facebook, which includes Live Facebook sessions, as well as recordings of all sessions to replay when suit you.
And Club Feel Fit Full which includes a weekly coached small group Zoom session, meaning I can see you and help develop your technique, as well as all the Facebook sessions.
