STANDALONE COACHING CONSULTATION CALL
- 60 MINS

£30 for 1 hour call

 

Time to discuss some key issues that can affect your training and progress (existing clients and new). 

For example: 
- Race day preparation
- Nutrition (for racing, training, weight loss/gain) 
- Mindset and sports psychology tactics to overcome nerves, fear, pain, lack of motivation etc

STANDALONE COACHING CONSULTATION CALL
- 30 MINS

£15 for 30 min call

 

As per 60 min call


ONLINE STRENGTH, STABILITY AND MOBILITY - 1 hour

£40 for 1 hour session

Sessions to mobilise tight joints and engage and strengthen the key muscles for swim, bike run.

You'll need a Skype account/ to run Zoom and some space where you can set up your laptop so I can see you and you can see me. (This usually works best from home, in my experience most gyms wont allow it.)

Zoom sessions include optional video so you can replay to work on technique. 

 

Price is for a one-off session, can also be used to book sessions purchased as part of a pack. Contact me for pack options.
